H. A. V. Parker ~nd Ohas. W. Johnston were <br />elected members of the Norfolk-Portsmouth Freight Traffic Gommission. The term of Mr. <br />Johnston' expires Jsmuary l, 1927, and that of Mr. Parker Je~uary l, 1925. On March 8th, <br />1923, these gentlemen resigned Smd were by the Council of Portsmouth~e~elected for their <br />unexpired term. The Norfolk 0ity Oouncit on November BSth, 192~, re-elected Messrs. Jones, <br />Romm amd Watters for the term of four years from Janusm~y lst~ 1925, and referred to your <br />Honorable Oouncil the election of a successor to Mr. Psmker (or his re-election) for the <br />term off our years from January 1, 1925. <br /> <br />Please advise what motion is taken by yo~ Council Smd oblige, <br /> Very trmly yours, <br /> <br />Brooks moved that H.
