Napper and Crocker & 0rocker, to amount of $250.00, as City's half of <br />cost for opinion as to contract between the United States of America and 0ity of Portsmouth <br />and Oounty of Norfolk, as to the operation of the Norfolk County Ferries, with particular re- <br />ference to the question of going conoerm value in arriving at the amount due by the City and <br />Oou~ty to the Government. <br /> Xt is recommended that an appropriation of $250.00 be allowed to pay said bill. <br /> <br /> And it is ~fmrther recommended that the Treasurer be authorized to pay, out of funds <br />on hand from collection of Dog Taxes, bill of $. T.
