The Land Books of this Oity for the last
in the name of Mattie L. Alexander:
1922- page 55~;
1921- Page
line 19, same assessment.
line 19, same assessment
line 20, same assessment.
$1,000.

When the map was made of thg property of.H~rry L. Alexmuder on the west side of
Oourt Street' (on which mmp the above assessment is b~sed), through an error in mlOC~t'_~A~ the
corner, the m~p showed one more lot than~as actually in 'existence. There is, therefore, no
such lot as ~18 on said west Oourt Street, and the above assessments are erroneous in that they
include two lots where only one exists, thus mak~lng what should be ~ thousand dollar assessment
one of two thousaud dollars, an overcharge of erie thousand dollars in assessed valuation.

I have been requested to call the above facts to your ~ttention,
quest that the matter be adjusted; that all t~xes erroneously pai~ be reffunded,
