<br /> l~ecommendation of the ~uager that the $1~0,000.00 recent bond issue ~be appropriated as
<br /> follows: $30,000.00 for an incinerator, and the balance ~r sewers in the Sixth and Seventh
<br /> Wards.
<br /> It is. recommended th. at $150,O00.00 be,.appropriated for-sewers in the .Sixth and .
<br /> Seventh Wards (Nr. BfoG.ks vot=ng..NO); ~nd that $30,000.00 be appropriated for an incinerator;
<br /> out of the recent bond mssue of $1~0,000.00.
<br />12 It is further recommended that~s-u approp_iatmon of $9,623.12 be allowed, from the
<br />School Bond .Fund, to pay bills due on the New School B=ilding.

<br /> And it is further recommended that the TreaT~rer be authorized to pay, out of funds
<br /> on hand from col-lec~ion of Dog Taxes, bill of J. Shirley Hppe, State Game Warden, to amount
<br /> of $51Y.5O, for services in destroying 20? tagless dogs $ $2.50 each.

<br /> ~tv. Brooks moved that the report be adopted, except.,the recommendation to appropriate
<br /> $150,000.00 for sewers in the Sixth and Seventh Wards ~nd $30,000.00 for an incinerator.

<br /> Er. Smith then moved that the red_commendation to appropriate $t50,000.00 for sewers in
<br />the Sixth and Seventh Wards mhd $30,(~00.00 for an incinerator, be adopted.
<br /> Er. Brooks stated that he was not oppost~g:~-he installation of sewers in his vote but that
<br />he. did not believe the Oity's interest was being properly protected in the proposed contraO~t.
<br /> Nr. Smith's motion was adopted, and by the following vote:

<br /> The Finance 0Gratuities presented the following License Tax Ordinance:

<br />On motion of Mr. SteWart (R.E.B.), the ordi~noe was placed on its first reading.

<br />site; ~2) a new Incinerator on a new site.
