It is recommended that the Mauager's recommendation be concurred in and that he be authorized to expend not to exceed $60OJ00 for such services. Recommendation of th~ Mauage~ that a special appropriation of $1,000~00 be made for Geheral Fund and $~00.O0 from Water Department Funds, to pay bill of 0aptain Jno. W.~ Hap_per, for special legal services during the past' year in connection with negotiations with the U.S. Government and cases mgainst the Va. Ry. & Power Oc. and various individual ~its against the 0ity. It is recommended that a special appropriation of $1,00~,00 be allowed from General Fund amd $400.00 from Water Department Fuads, to pay said bill. Recommemdation of the Nanager, in accordance with recommendation of the Director of Public Welfare, that a special approprimtion of $150.00 be allowed to pay $15.00 of the $25~00 monthly r~nt charged for the i~ber~alosis clinic which is now maintsJmed by thesale of Chris, mas seals· It is recommended that a s~ecial appropriation of $120~O0 be allowed for this purpose, starting M~y 1st, 1925. Recommendation of the Manager that a special appropriation of $400.00 ~e allowed for a car for the Superintendent of Parks amd Oemeteries. It is recommended that a special appropriation of $400.00 be allowed for purchase of said car.
