Ward, as I do not feel that that section.of o~ur ward lying south of the Atlantic Ooast Line <br />p~mlroad is receiving an equitable distribution o~ t~.e ~u~ds~ The ~ropert~__v~_l~es in~! e <br />Her~n proper are. considerably higher, and our streems I ~ee& are om more xmpormance mnan ar <br />those in other sections that are ~eing well csmed for. Therefore, I would ask that you lmves- <br />tigate this matter before proceeding with the work. I refer especially to the anticipated <br />paving in Pinners Point and Sugar Hill as well as a few of the streets in Port Norfolk proper. <br /> <br /> While on this subject, and h~ving the interest of our W_e~d in mind, I wish to <br />call your attention to the condition in which certain streets have been' I~ft, m~_re ~spe~i~ly <br />Naryland Avenue, D~ug~s Avenue between Sixth and Seventh, and Detroit between ~roaa aha onau- <br />-ta=qu~.
