<br />Recommendation of the ~nager that delegates be appointed to attend the 20thAnnual
<br />Convention of the Le.a~u~e cf Virginia Municipalities in Winchester, Va., Tuesday and Wednesday,

<br /> It is recommended that the President be authorized to appoint two delegates to attend
<br />the Convention.

<br /> Recommendation of the Ma.uager ~that a spe_cial appropriation of $58.16 be made to re-imburse $~E. 16
<br />Police Officer R.C. Journee for 11 days and 6 hours time lost on account of injuries to .his Budget
<br />ankle while in performance of his duty.
