<br />drain from Green St. east, the Govermment agreeing to contribute $5561.85 towards the con-
<br />struction of same and the Craford Place Oorporation$500jO0; the total estimated cost of this
<br />d~in being $12,320.00.

<br />to their farm which they contend was damaged by the flood from the brokendamin the diYch
<br />cut by the Board o~ Water Oommissicners through the Dismal Swam~.

<br /> Oommunication from the Oity Attorney requesting that a~prop~iations of $6.50 and $3E0.00
<br />be allowed for the writ tax and cost of printing record in the case of W~iss vs. the Oity of
<br />Portsmouth.
<br /> It is recommended that a special appropriation of $386J50 be allowed for this purpose.

<br />against the owners of propertynecessary for the establmshmen~ of a playgroumd in Harrison Ward.
<br /> It is recommended that the recommendation of the concurred and that
