"The Finance Committee <br /> some weeks ago authorized me informally to have electric motor and switch board work at the <br /> market repaired at an estimated cost of about $500~00. Bids were asked for this work and only <br /> one received which amounted to $375.00. As this was reasonable and in my opinion and that of <br /> the Electrical Inspector, reliable, the contract has been awarded for this. <br /> A special appropriation of $3?5.00 is requested to cover it." <br /> On motion, the reade.st was referred to Finance Oo~mittee. <br /> 2nd.
