N. Rensoh for amount paid in excess for rent of stall at the market and t~lephone _expenses. <br /> It is recommended that said re,mhd be made Mr. Rensch, as recommended by the Manager. <br /> <br /> Recommendation of the Manager that $4,517.40 be allowed in the Budget for 1926 for the <br />Norfolk-Portsmouth Freight Traffic Commissionz $~,355.72 having been allowed for 1925. <br /> ~ This will be considered for the 1926 Budget. . <br /> <br /> Oommmnication, forwarded by the 0ity Manager, from the National Rivers and Harbors Congress <br />asking that delegates be appointed to said 0ongress which is to be held in Washington on Decem- <br />ber 9th and lOth, 1925. - <br /> <br /> It is recommended that the President of the Oouncil be authorized to appoint the <br />Manager to attend this meeting. <br /> <br /> Request of the~ City Collector that the Seaboard Wharf &WArehouse 0o. be relieved from <br />p~yment of $656.00 1925 taxes for OCtober to balance of the Year, certain properties on First <br />St. ha~ing been sold to the U.S. Government. <br /> It is ~recommended that said Oompa~uy be relieved from payment of said taxes. <br /> <br /> Order of Oourt relieving O.
