<br /> Fund to upgrade the Neighborhood Facility

<br /> "The City has been notified that a grant award has been
<br /> us to be used to upgrade the Neighborhood Facility
<br /> Center. The project will be partially funded, 70%
<br />,847), by a National Park Service, Urban Parks and
<br /> Recovery (UPARR) Grant. The City's match ($18,363)
<br /> budgeted in the Capital Improvement Program for
<br />-95.

<br /> The main focus of the project will be the renovation of tw6

<br /> serve as activity areas and community meeting places.

<br />The Director of Leisure Services recommends acceptance of
