<br />October 85: 19tS. This award of $605,660.00 is final unless one of the parties to the contract
<br />should attempt to have the same set aside, which could be done only in the event that it could
<br />be shown that there was improper conduct on the part of the arbitrators, or improper conduct
<br />on the part of one or more of the parties, or for errors apparant on the face of the award.
