<br />fish packing establishment, the City will re-imburse him to an extent not to exceed $1,375.OO,
<br />the cost of extending the drain.

<br />a dam at the Portsmouth Wate~ ditch at the intersection of the southern property line of the
<br />Richmond Cedar Works property with the ditch.

<br /> Report of the 0ommissioner of the Revenue of erroneous assessment of taxes for the Year 1925.

<br />~.t] It is further recommended that an appropriation of $14,565.15 be allowed, out of
<br />[School Bond Fund, to pay bills due on the Duke St. School.
<br />
<br /> It is further recommended that the Treasurer be authorized to pay, out of funds on
<br /> hand from collection of Dog Taxes, bill of J. Shirley Hope, State Game Warden, to amount of
<br /> $37.50, for services rendered in destroying 15 tagless dogs S $2.50 each.
