April ±3, 1926 Zone (a) This zone shall extend from the Elizabeth River to Elm Ave. inclusive and shall also include Park View. Rates of fare between points in this zone st~ll be fifzy cents for one passenger and one dollar for two or more passengers up to the seating capacity of the Zone (b) This zone shal~ extend from Elm Ave. to the Belt Line on the west and sou~h, to the Atlm~tio 0cast Line on .the north and to the Shell Road on the south, excluding Park View. The rate cf fare to points within this zone or between points in this zone shall be one doz±ar for one or more passengers up to the seating capacity of the oar. Under rates per hour the charge for waiting should be ingreased to fifty cents for each fifteen minutes or fraction thereof. A clause should also be added, re~irir~ that the rates Of fare prescribed in this ordins~uce.sh~l± be conspicuously posted in eagh oe~. Since that time, I have been~ paying taxes regul~*~ly on this property, but on Na~ch 18, 1~26, I was served notice by the Oity Collector that there was taxes due on this property for the Year 1919 as follows: Taxes, $65.?5; Penalty, Interest and Advertising, $30.45.
