Warren and E~rl H. Wright, members of the House of Delegates-~from <br />the City of Portsmouth, that Council allow them $150.00 ecsch to partly defray their expenses <br />while attending the sessions of the Legislature. <br /> Progress as to same. <br /> <br /> Referred ~rch 9th <br /> (And City Attorney) Order of'0ourt relieving Elizabeth AL ~Christensen from paymen~ of <br />taxes assessed in the name of Thomas J. Lawless on property 136-135 Henry St., formerly known <br />as 69 N. Henry St., for the Years ±905~ 1909, and l~lO, ~o amounm of $28.00 for each Year,the <br />said Thomas J. Lawless having bwned a life estate in said property in said years. <br /> It is recommended that said Order of Oourt be complied with. <br /> <br /> (And City Attorney) Grder of Court to refund Paul B. 0odd the sum of $?3.65 _City taxes <br />paid in error for 1925 on property 688, Pt. 68~ W. Broad St., as assessment of $32y~.38 be- <br />longs to the owner of l~ud adjoining the land of Paul B. Codd on the ~outh. <br /> It is recommended that a special .appropriation of $?3-65 be made to make said refund, <br />~nd that $~3o65 be charged as City Tames for the Year 1~25 to O. P.
