April l~, 1926 Section 41, Nerchants, first paragraph to read as follows: ~On every .license to a mer- chant or ;mercantile fLrm ~ther~e sh~ll be paid a specific license tax of $26.'00 a~.d 8~u addition~l tax of 7-per cent on the r~ental value of the place of b-'.:s~-ness whets such rental value is less th~n $1200.00 per annum; where such rental value is $1200.00 and not $1800.00 per s~n~Lum, the additional tax shall be 6 p~er cent on the annual rental value of the place o£ t~sinees; and where ths rental vs~lue is $1800.00 or more per~ annum, the additiona~ tax shall be 5 per cent on the annual renta~l value of the place of business. ~ The foilowir~ paragraph added to $~c~ion 41; "All persons, firms or corporations~ who purchase milk for distribution shall be classed es ~eroh~uts and shai~ pay a license tax as s~oho ~ Section 43, ~sici~as, to read as follows: "All orchestras co~oosed Df four or more mu- sicians rendering service for hire, $25.00." "Each itinerant musician, $2.00 per week or part thereof.'~ In section 57, Soda ~ater ~nd Soft Drinks, where the c~oital invested is more thau~ $500.00, the tax reduced to $51.00."
