<br />gra~ted me. This would make my resignation effective October l~h, 1~6. Should my successor
<br />not have been chosen by October' 1st, a~d should the 0ouncil, in that event, desire me to remain
<br />in Of~ice until October 31st, of course, I can art ~a~ge to do se.
