Rowe spoke in favor of the petition to restore the bus line~'over the <br />former r~ute on Washington s~reet, south of High street. <br /> Mr. White moved that the recommendation of the M~nager be concurred in. I believe the citizens of Portsmouth are entitled to first-class metered cab <br />service, as ~urnished in other cities throughout the country.
