<br />its property to the City of Portsmouth; tke s~id Conveyance being subject to a certain deed of
<br />t~rust or mortgage made by the Nansemond ~ater Company, dated April 9, 1889, to the Farmers Loan
<br />and Tras~ Oompa~y as Trustee, and ~o~ a certain o~he= deed of t~ust or mortgage made by the
<br />Portsmouth and Suffolk ~ater Company dated july 1, 189~, th the said Farmers Loan ~nd Trust.
