<br />co-ope=at,ca. The three amen~ments a~e primarily d~signed to protect the City's interest,
<br />while the~dea seems to have gone out that the City ms trying te co-erde its representatives
<br />into passing ~omething that is not exactly right. He declared himself at a loss ~o account
<br />for the spreadimg of such an idea.
<br /> The City Attorney explained the merits of the ~hree amendments the Council had sponsored
<br />which are now pending before the Legislature. . ~

<br />Oities, ~ud moved that the City Attorney be instructed to take the matter up with our.repre-
