<br /> The following bid therefor was read from The Chesapeake

<br />ly notified, I have had the Cou~t House repaired at a total cost of $8~8.02. Norfolk County
<br />will pay into-the Oity treasury one half of this amount, or $44~.O1.

<br /> As ~his total amount was paid from our budget appropria~ien, I am aSking that you make
<br />a special appropriatiom of $~8.02 -' ~ ·
<br /> to re xmburse our budget ~opropr~ation.~

<br />for the ~earl~2?. $150¥00 ha~ been pai~ Mr. Davis, leaving a balance ef $50.00 due him.

<br /> I am asking that an additional appropriation of $209.00 be made for this purpose~
<br />$50.00 cf which will be paid to Mr. Davis, and $150.00 for S~rvmces of a smart-tuts Justice
<br />for the year 1928.

<br /> I have investigated this bill a~d found that due to some sickness and inability
<br />to serve and leave of absence, the bill is a correct one.~
<br />
<br /> Mr. Stewart moved that a special appropriation of $~0.00 be made to pay Mr. Davis $50',
