Va., <br /> Aug. 23rd, ~928. <br /> <br />Gen ~lemen. <br /> Allow me to call your attention to an acre of land on ~whioh I have paid tables for <br />twenty-seven years (more or less). The City in order to improve and enlarge the incinerator, <br />has encroached on said acre. I quote from Gen~ Jo P. Jervey~s letter Earoh 5th, 1926- then <br />(City Eanager) in which he stated: 'Had a map of ~nc~nerator property, v' ~ <br /> _zna an encroachmen~ <br />on lot belonging to you, just North of $. A. L. and West of incinerator, it is 100 ft. by t77 ft. <br />6 in.
