<br />twenty-seven years (more or less). The City in order to improve and enlarge the incinerator,
<br />has encroached on said acre. I quote from Gen~ Jo P. Jervey~s letter Earoh 5th, 1926- then
<br />(City Eanager) in which he stated: 'Had a map of ~nc~nerator property, v' ~

<br />on lot belonging to you, just North of $. A. L. and West of incinerator, it is 100 ft. by t77 ft.
