<br />bors. Mrs. Kline has no legal right to have the i~terest and penalties relieved, but if the
<br />Council should feel that assessment was such as to mislead Nfs. Kline I think they would be
<br />jus~ified in granting the request.' It is hard for me to see where the parties should have
<br />been kislead, but with me my familiarity with such matters makes it difficult for me to look
<br />at the matter in the same light as other people.

<br /> Mm. Holland stated that there was-present a delegation on account of being informed that
<br />the question of abandonment of the Green St. School as a White school and making a negro school
<br />of same, would come up at this meeting of the Council.

<br /> The Oommissioner of the Revenue reported the following values of Real Estate, omitted
<br />for the years 1926, 1927, and 1928: Land, $2200.00; Buildings, $t0950.00; Total $13,150.00.
