September ~26, ~i 995 <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Clemons, pursuant <br />to Section 2.1-344.1 of the Code of Virginia certifying that to <br />the best of the Council member's knowledge during the <br />immediately preceding Executive Session of the City Council: <br /> <br /> (1) Only public business matterslawfully exempted from <br />open meeting requirements by the Virginia Freedom of <br />information Act, and <br /> <br /> (2) Only such public business matters as were identified <br />in the motion by which the Executive Session was convened, were <br />heard, discussed or considered in the meeting by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The motion was adopted by unanimous votel <br /> <br />On motion meeting was adjourned at 10:25 p.m. <br /> <br />· Gloria O.
