<br /> Supplementing '.my report to. you" of April ?th, I beg to advise that at the present
<br />time our block system of maps is approximately eighty per cent complete. By this I mean that
<br />the entire city has been laid cut in detail, reaching- a total of about one hundred 'and eighty-
<br />five standard sheets of which one hundred and fifty-four are now ~eady and available for the

<br />Dollars additional in assessed value, most of which
<br /> covers buildings heretofore left off the
<br />land book. I have already advised the 0ommissioner of Revenue, Mr. Niemeyer, under authority
<br />granted ~ by the state, to place-the property on the current ~tax list and three previous
<br />years. As I have not been advised as to the exact amount of their assesSment I can not quote
<br />actual revenue, however, this property will ~e assessed by the present Board of ~Assessors
<br />and included in the new re-assessment of all lands and buildings.
