Stews.vt, ?. <br /> Also the City Manager. <br /> <br /> The minutes of the regular meeting September 9th were read an~ wer~ approved. <br /> <br /> The following communications were read from the City Manager: <br /> 1st. "I beg to announce <br /> the dismissal of Police Officer T. O. Osmundson, effective.-this date, ~or t~e g~od o~ the <br /> Department, and the appointment of Substitute Police Officer B. E.
