September 23, 1930 At a regular meeting of the City Council held September 23rd there were present: Messrs,-- Vez~on A. Brooks, W. R. Hutchtns, E. ~. ~aupin, Jr., Arthur Mayo, J. Alden Oast, Archibald Ogg, J. R. Stews.vt, ?. Also the City Manager. The minutes of the regular meeting September 9th were read an~ wer~ approved. The following communications were read from the City Manager: 1st. "I beg to announce the dismissal of Police Officer T. O. Osmundson, effective.-this date, ~or t~e g~od o~ the Department, and the appointment of Substitute Police Officer B. E.
