T. O~ulpepper be refunded $2.98 whlc~ was paid <br />in error for personsl~roper~y, $i.~5 for 1929, end $1.5~ for 1928. I find that thms was a <br />doub3 that Mr. Oulpepper had previously paid one of the assessments.
