<br />filed.

<br /> List of Tax relief presented by the Commissioner of Revem~e, was on motion, re-

<br /> Bill of J. Shirley Hope, State Game ~Warden, for destroying 12 2agless dogs at
<br /> $2.50 each, $I80.00, was, on motion, allowed from money on hand from the collection of
<br /> Dog taxes.
<br /> The Game Warden. presented a bill from the ~'~laboratories, Inc. for
<br /> $15.OO, and on motion, same~was allowed fr~m money in hand from the collection of Dog
<br /> taxes.

<br /> On August 26, !~30 I was granted a permit from tae Building Inspector to demo-
<br />lish this ~Gilding and from the record in his office it appears that this building was
<br />demolished on October lC, 1~30 and a copy of the request issued to the aommissioner of
<br />Revenue.
<br /> My tax notice for this year includes the building assessed at $50., It is res-'
<br />peotfully requested that the necessary step~ be taken to have this assessment Ue~minated
<br />from the present tax receipt. Prompt compliance with this request is requested in order
<br />that I ma~ be able to pay the taxes on the land prior to the ~ddition o~ the penalty of.

<br /> On motion of Mr. Stewart, the followLugresolution laid on table October 13th,
<br />was taken up:

<br />"Resolution Requesting Gity of Suffolk, to cancel all requests hereto-
<br />before mad~ as to the installation by the O~y of Portsmouth of water
<br />mains and fire hydrants by 0ity of Portsmouth of water mains and fLve
<br />hydrants ontside the corporate limits of Suffolk, and refrain in the
<br />future f~om making requests for such installations."

<br /> Motion of Mr. Stewart that a oon~nittee' consisting of t.h~ee members of the Coun-
<br />cil, Oity U~nager and Superintendent of Water Department, be appointed to confer with the
<br />Oity Council of Suffolk, was adopted.
