At one of your previous meeting.S, you authorized me to employ additional counsel in this case and i had an uno. erstandzng with Mr. B~i~diey that his bili would be Fifty ($50.00) Dollars, provided the case went off on the demurrer in the lower court. 2he demurrer was arg~ed and sustained and. the pl~.intiff has signified her _n~ention of apoealing the ease to the Suoreme 0curt of Appeals.
