<br /> i have the petition dated November 2nd, 1932, from Mr. David R. Levine, represent-
<br />ing the Independent Plumbers of the City, requesting a substitution cf the ,fee system" in
<br />lieu of our present flat tax. Until we hear from Mr. Levine, and the plumbers affected, I.
<br />can not recommend any' change; however, I assume it will be your pleasure to hear Mr. Levine,
<br />when the License Tax Ordinance is considered, at which time it can be decided if any change
<br />should be made in the method of taxing pl~lnbers."

<br />or give me my job back for I don't think I have had justice er been treated fair, as ~ was
