By the elimination of the milk license of $2.00 and the reduction in soft drink
license from $11.00 to $5.00, each merchant who sells soft drinks and milk will receive a
reduction of $8.00 per year i~ their license

The recommended reductions will result in the following decreases in revenue for

the year 1933:

Soft Drink license $ 1,750.00
Milk ~06.00
plumbers~ and electrical licenses 600.00
Junk dealers' 100.O0

Tota_ - - - $ 3,056-00

of this
license

letter

W~h strict economy in our expenses~ these reductions in income can be taken care
year. I estimate tne~e will be about $750.00 collected from add. itions made to the
tax ordinance which will reduce the decreased revenue from license-taxes to $2,036..00.'
