lars upon a small building located thereon; that your petitioner is willing to pay his pro- <br />portion of the taxes upon the assessment of the building thereon which said assessment <br />amounts to Two Hundred ao~ Fifty ($250.00) Dollars the taxes when computed at this rate <br />would amount to Szx Dollars and Sixty-three ($6~63) per year from 192b through 1930 ~nd.that <br />any sum in addition to this was erroneously assessed and since it was not in your pe~it~oner, s <br />name he has ha~ no opportunity to complain prior to this time as the assessment was made in <br />the name of Jennie Robbins, ~or no valid reason whatsoever. <br /> In consideration whereof your petitioner having no other reoottrse re- <br />quests that he be relived of any taxes, penalties and interest which has accumulated through <br />t'his error and that he be allowed to pay the proportionate share o£ the said taxes without <br />penalties and interest and that the City Collecto~ be authorized to accept his proportionate <br />share. <br /> <br />Respectfully yours, <br /> <br /> Nathan Goldstein." <br />Motion of Er.
