Brooks, Leslie T. Fox, W.R. Hutchins, ~rthur Mayo, S.B. Moore, J.Alden <br />Oast, Archibald 0gg, City Manager. <br /> <br />Neeting called with unanimous consent of entire membership of City Council. <br /> <br />On motion of Mr. Ogg, the following resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />.Whereas, there appears to be a number of erroneous and double as- <br />sessments for taxes for years prier to 192~ charged to t~e City <br />Collector's office, the City Manager and the City Attorney are <br />hereby authorized to make such fair adjustment of these taxes as <br />they deem advisable." <br /> <br />and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Brooks, Fox, Hutchins, Mayo, Moore, 0asr, 0gg.. <br /> <br /> Nays: None. <br /> <br /> Motion of M~. HutChins that this Council endorse Mr, Jesse ~.
