W~, the undersigned, being residents and property owners in the "Dinwiddie St.
the tide backing ~o through the sewer into the street and adjoining property and take this
opportunity of making a formal protest.
Farther, we are of the 6pinion, that said conditions may be overcome by the in-
stallation of a check valve on the end of the storm sewer, thus preventing the tide from e~-
tering same, and reques.t that the Council take such action as to give us the desired relief.
