<br />ment of $213,031.00 for Work Relief in POrtsmouth for April, May and June, 1935.

<br /> Motion of Mr. 0asr to approve the said report and that a committee, composed of
<br />three membersof the Council and the Ci~y Manager, be appointed to work crt the compensation fea-
