<br /> Whereas, the accounts and records of the~o£fice of A.E. Parker,

<br /> public Accountants, as of December 31, i93~,- and according to the re-
<br /> port of said accountants were found correct as shown by the books of
<br /> the City; and
<br /> Nhereas, it appears that it is the duty o~ the 0ity 0ouncil to
<br /> have examined yearly the list of umcolleoted taxes and to credit the
<br /> Collector for such taxes, as in their opLuien, could not have been cci-
<br /> looted with due diligence; and
<br /> Whereas, it appears that A.E. Parker, Oity 0olleOto=, should be
<br /> credited with all taxes remaining uncollected on the 31st day cf Decem-
<br /> ber, 1934, the ~mount of which is shown in said report of W.P. Jordan

<br /> p~tsmouth that ~A.E. Parker~ Oity 0olleotor be Credited with all mnoo!-

<br /> nothing herein contained shall be construed as relieving the payment of
