At a regular meeting of the City Council, held on March lOth, 1936, at E:O0 P.M., there were present: Leslie To Fox, J.-T. Hanvey, S. B._MOore, J. Ri Vice President, J.R. Stewart, in the Chair. Minutes of regular meeting held February 25th, of February 26th, were read and approved. Hawks, City Manager, to file an application to The Un~~ca through the Federal Emergency Relief Administration of Public Works for a grant. To aid in financing the con- stanchion of ~ hi h school building .and desig- nating E.B. Brooks. 3rd = "I received the following letter, dated February 21~th, from the Ports- mouth Lumber Corporation: 'There is a building on the north side of Cuthriell St., in rear of and adjoining our plant, which is in a dilap- idated condition. All of the windows and doors a~e out and it is an invitation to tramos to enter. Recently this building was'afire and the apparatus was forced to extinguish the blaze. The building in its pres- eh% condition is a fire manace.
