Brooks. <br /> <br /> 3rd = "I received the following letter, dated February 21~th, from the Ports- <br />mouth Lumber Corporation: <br /> 'There is a building on the north side of Cuthriell St., <br /> in rear of and adjoining our plant, which is in a dilap- <br /> idated condition. All of the windows and doors a~e out and <br /> it is an invitation to tramos to enter. <br /> Recently this building was'afire and the apparatus was <br /> forced to extinguish the blaze. The building in its pres- <br /> eh% condition is a fire manace. <br /> <br /> <br />
