<br />premises beer license. I purchase~ this license sometime last month for the sum of
<br />and a few days after I have purchased same, the Council passed a law' reducing off-premises
<br />lleense to $50.00.

<br /> A Special Grand Jury heretofore or~lered by this Comrt and this day appearing
<br />found, along with the other indictments found by them, two certain recommendations in the fol-
<br />lowing words and figures, to-wit:
