<br />ity and Guaranty Company, dated July lst~ 1936, for a certain surety bond in the ~mount of
<br />Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) to be given to the CO~ON~ALTH OF VIRGINIA AND/OR the
<br />AR~ORY COmmiSSION OF VIRGINIA, which said application containing various warranties and agree-
<br />ments, having been read at this session, being fully considered and approved by the City CoUn-
<br />cil of the City of portsmouth; and
<br /> WHEi~AS, the City of Portsmouth, by the president of its City Council, attested
<br />by its City Clerk, and the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, have executed as prin-
