However, in apply- <br />ing for a permit to erect this type of building, the Building Insnector i~forms us that it' <br />will be necessary to use iron frames. The rent we are able to ge~ will no~ Justify this ex- <br />pense. <br /> Building proposed will be sixty f~et from adjoining property and not create <br />any hazard. If the Building Inspector will allow us to use frame supports, we will be able <br />to go ahead with the building and pay back taxes on the property, and of course create addi- <br />tional taxable value for the City. <br /> If there is any way in whioh you can help us out, same will be appreciated <br />and help us out to a grea~ extents <br /> <br />Yours very truly, <br /> <br />Suburban Investment Company <br /> <br /> By T.B.
