1st - "Inquiry has ~een made of me by persons interested in buying k25 Henry
Street, and lots assessed as 304-5tn Street. It seems as if the taxes are more than the par-
ties are willing to pay for the property. I talked with one of the owners who stated that
there was nothing he could do about it. Apparently, the property is abandoned. The City Col-
lector talked with the other owner, who promised to let.him know if she desired to hold the
property, but as yet, he has heard nothing furthe~ from her. The houses on the lots, in each
case, have been razed. This property is assessed and City taxes are due as follows:
Eugene R. Brinkley, 425 Henry St., City taxes from
1921 through1936, inclusive, amounting to $322.O5.
