<br /> You are hereby notified that the Compensation Board has tentatively fixed the
<br />aalary of the Attorney for the Commonwealth of the City of Portsmouth, at $3,600,00, for the
<br />calendar year beginning January l, 1937 and the expenses of office for that year, at $480.00,
<br />the details of which are'.given below. There compensation is allowed prosecutors appginted
<br />to act for the Attorney for the Commonwealth, whenever he is unable for any reason to act,
<br />such compensation must be paid out of the salary of the principal.
