On the morning <br />of the twenty fourth of December, 1936, while wa~k~ug at a fire at #710-ylO~2 High St., this <br />City, I had a fracture of my right hand, necessitating an exray picture being taken of same. <br />I was sent to Dr. Foy Van, a specialist, by Drs. L.J. Roper andV.J. Meads, and have been <br />under the care of the City Physician, until March l, 193~. <br /> I have been unable to work by reason of this disability, caused in line of <br />duty, and I am asking you gentlemen compensation to take care of this situation. <br /> <br />Yours vel-y ~ruly~ <br /> <br />W.G.
