<br />city licenses for last year and nons for this year. I have taken this up with the lady to

<br />for my license to practice in the City of Portsmouth, by mistake I was Judged as having prao-
<br />~iced-~hree years, whereas as-a matter of fact, I could noZ have for I had not finished my
<br />course ,~ntil-September 1935.
<br /> Therefore, I am writing for your information, and that a refund be granted
<br />me of $20.00 over payment last year, and that Mr. A.E. Parker be advised by. you gentlemen so
<br />that this mistake will not occur again.
