Smith, whom we.engaged to teach first aid work to the Police, <br /> reports tha~ he has finished the course and that all of the policemen passed with geed grades <br /> with the exception of one, who did not take it. <br /> I understand from t~e Chief of Police and others, that he has done a <br /> good Job, and tha~ the knowledge gained by thepolicemen will be very valuable to them <br /> · he Oily, in the future.
