<br />on ~he west side cf Ohestnut S~reet, ~75 feet, in front of the ~wo negro high school buildings.
<br />This sidewalk should be six feet wide. .-~
<br /> We can do ~he Work with W.P.A. labor; the material will cost approxi -
<br />mately $350.00. I recommend %hat an appropriation of this amount be made.
