<br />That, together with the $20,000.00 saved in the Virginia Electric & power Company contract,
<br />we hope, will about equal the loss we will have to sustain in the Ferry income.
<br /> I shall request the Nayor to call a budget conference of the Council,
<br />within the next few days. We wil! have the budget ready for the public hearing, which is re-
<br />quired by law, at the first meeting in December."
