Vernon Ave. From 1919 through 1925, it was as
sessed as a vacant lot for $150.O0. The assessors of 1925 raised ~he value of the lot to
$250.00 and assessed a building on it for $700.00. Theassessors of 1930 reduced the lot to
$150.00 and left the building off. Prom the best information that I have been able to obtain
· there has never been any building on the land. The 1/2 lot is only 15 feet wide, ~ud it ap -
pears that the building was erroneously assessed from 1926 through 1930. No taxes have been
paid since 19~0~ therefore R. B.
