When the colored High School was authorized, the School Board ac-
<br />quired several parcels of laud. Negotiations were started in the Tatter part of 1936 and -
<br />were completed after the first of 1937 and in the purchase the owners were to be relieved of
<br />1937 t~xes. In order to get the tax books clear, I ~have investigated each transaction and I
<br />find that the following taxes for 1937 should be relieved:
