Hank Fallon, 341 Park Manor Road, spoke on the street <br />dimensions of Bob White Street. <br /> <br />2. Helen Person, 1314 Green Street, spoke on the relocation <br />of Washington Park residents. <br /> <br />3. Charlie Riddick, 718 Henry Street, spoke on the EPA <br />consent decree. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Hawks, and seconded by Mr. Martin, to <br />suspend the rules of order to continue with the Non-Agenda <br />Speakers, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />4.
